Terms of Business

These Terms of Business govern the provision of property sourcing and acquisition services by Firedstone Sourcing Ltd (Company No. 12020751), registered in England and Wales, with a registered office at 59 Castle Street, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 7SN.

Services

Firedstone provides property sourcing services, including the identification and acquisition of residential property from motivated sellers, and the introduction of sourced properties to registered investors. The specific scope of services is confirmed in writing for each engagement.

No obligation

Any offer in principle made to a seller is entirely without obligation. Sellers are under no obligation to accept any offer presented and may withdraw from discussions at any stage without penalty.

Fees

Firedstone charges no fees to sellers. Investor-facing sourcing fees are agreed in writing before any property introduction. No fee is payable unless explicitly agreed in a written agreement.

Anti-money laundering

Firedstone is supervised by HMRC for anti-money laundering purposes (MLR Reg. No. XXML00000201433). We are required by law to conduct identity and source-of-funds checks before completing any transaction. Failure to provide required documentation may result in us being unable to proceed.

The Property Ombudsman

Firedstone is a member of The Property Ombudsman scheme, which provides an independent dispute resolution service. If you are dissatisfied with our service and your complaint cannot be resolved directly, you may refer it to The Property Ombudsman after following our complaints procedure.

Confidentiality

We treat all information shared with us in confidence. We will not disclose your information to third parties except where necessary to progress a transaction or where required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
